I googled outbound call centers and discovered HRS, and then I contacted HRS. Easy set up. I was difficult in scheduling interviews, but HRS worked with me. Her English isn't perfect, but her attitude is great. Some callers speak in a dull monotone, but Lexy speaks with enthusiasm.

It was long ago since I talked with your sales but I remember it as easy and clear about how much I pay and what I'll get for it. You gave me 10 people to interview that was great so I can choose the right people that will work with me, we had meeting for teaching all the work process so everyone know exactly what he will do. And now if something happen and we need to switch associates they got the video that we had and can watch it and learn.
All the 3 associates are really great, Kelly is little bit above she is really taking the job seriously and make it much better experience for me. She always want to take more tasks and more which is really great and appreciated. I always recommend you to other people.
