Setting Up Your Telemarketing Campaign

 

Hit Rate Solutions can quickly help you launch an effective outbound telemarketing campaign.  We recommend providing a list of the prospects you are looking to reach.  We have our own database of leads and contacts, and can assist you in obtaining a database of prospects if you do not already have one.  We typically ask for two days to get your telemarketing campaign up and running, but this can vary based on the complexity of your telemarketing campaign.  During this time, we help to develop sales scripts, program auto-dialers, and train our telemarketers before they hit the phones to ensure that your campaign will be a successful one.  Unlike most outbound telemarketing companies, we do not charge a fee to set-up your telemarketing program. 

 


Hit Rate Solutions bills on an hourly basis.
The rate depends on the size and scope of your telemarketing campaign.  Many outbound telemarketing companies work on a pay for performance or pay per sale basis, depending on your product or service. Usually, you will end up paying much more for their services because they are taking on all of the risk.



During the initial launch of your campaign, we monitor several production metrics and can share reports with you, allowing you to track the success of your outbound telemarketing program.

These metrics include:

 

  • Dials per hour
  • Completed calls per hour (Yes or No Answer)
  • Sales, sales leads or surveys per hour
  • Wrong numbers per hour
  • No Answer per hour

These metrics provide visibility into the daily progress of your outbound telemarketing program and allow us to make any adjustments to scripts or procedures to increase telemarketer productivity.
